تأسست "دائرة عجمان الرقمية" عام 2012، وكانت تعرف باسم "حكومة عجمان الرقمية" لحد عام 2020، الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
وهي دائرة حكومية، يقع على عاتقها معاونة مؤسسات الحكومة وتمكينها من الاستفادة من التقنيات الحديثة، وتشمل اختصاصاتها التنسيق مع الجهات الحكومية بشأن تطوير نظم وبرامج تقنية المعلومات، والإشراف على استخدامها، ووضع الخطط اللازمة لاستقطاب الموارد البشرية وتطويرها وتأهيلها لسد حاجة الدوائر الحكومية في مجال تقنية المعلومات ومشاريع الحكومة الإلكترونية.
وتتمثل أهدافها في: تعزيز جودة الخدمات الإلكترونية والتحول الذكي، وزيادة تبني المتعاملين للخدمات الإلكترونية، وضمان كفاءة الخدمات المساندة المشتركة، وتعزيز أمن المعلومات، وضمان كفاءة وفعالية البنية التحتية الإلكترونية، وتطوير قدرات تكنولوجيا المعلومات لدى الموارد البشرية.
