أُطلقت "شركة تياسير" في 26 فبراير (شباط) 2020، الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
وهي شركة غير ربحية تابعة لـ"شركة أبوظبي التنموية القابضة"، تهدف إلى تبسيط وتيسير إجراءات تصميم وبناء مساكن المواطنين المستفيدين من "قرض بناء مسكن" وفق متطلباتهم من خلال مجموعة من الخدمات الإرشادية المجانية بالكامل التي ستقدمها في مختلف المراحل، والارتقاء بعملية تصميم المساكن من خلال توفير مجموعة من التصاميم المختفة التي حصلت على الموافقة والاعتماد من قبل "دائرة البلديات والنقل"، إلى جانب توفير خدمات إرشادية تتيح لهم تصميم منازلهم المستقبلية.
وتتمثل مهامها في: تقديم أفضل الخدمات لتصميم وبناء منازل المواطنين في أبوظبي، وتوفير ضمانات لعملية البناء بما يكفل تحقيق أعلى جودة بأفضل سعر في كل مشروع، والإشراف على الاستشاريين والمقاولين المتخصصين بتقديم خدمات لتطوير مساكن المواطنين الإماراتيين، وتبني أفكار مبتكرة من شأنها الارتقاء بقطاع إسكان المواطنين في الدولة.
ويتبع للشركة "مركز إسعاد المتعاملين" و"مشروع الفلل النموذجية" في مدينة خليفة.
